Terms & Conditions of “The Startup Pitch Room”
1.
Eligibility:“The Startup Pitch Room” (referred to as “The Pitch”) is open solely to founders or representatives of startups who are citizens of Indonesia, aged 17 years and above, possessing a valid identification card (KTP) and residing in Indonesia (referred to as “Participants”).
2.
Organizer Verification:Finfolk Conference Committee and its partner SALT Ventures (referred to as “The Organizer”) have the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the startup details provided by the Participants.
3.
Pitch Duration:The Pitch will be held online on 15th October 2023.
4.
Single Entry:Each startup can only present one pitch during The Pitch event.
5.
Originality Assurance:by participating, startup ensure:
• The pitched idea/business model is original.
• The presentation is not plagiarized.
• The content doesn’t infringe upon intellectual property rights or rights of other parties.
6.
Recording Consent:Startups allow The Organizer to record, broadcast, and use the pitch for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.
7.
Disqualification:The Organizer has the right to disqualify any startup that violates the terms, presents false information, or engages in unsportsmanlike behavior.
8.
Funding Agreement: Upon selection, the startup agrees to discuss terms of investment with SALT Ventures. However, SALT Venture retains the right to negotiate or withdraw from any funding agreement.
